These terms govern your use of this page and your request for The Donn Journey brochure. They do not govern the purchase of a cask — if you go on to buy, that is covered by a separate written agreement.

Risk

Cask whiskey is not a specified investment under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and Craft Irish Whiskey is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. The value of cask whiskey can fall as well as rise and you may not recover the amount you originally invested. Past performance and past auction results are not reliable indicators of future results. Cask whiskey is illiquid: how quickly a cask can be sold, and at what price, depends on market conditions at the time.

Any figures, awards or auction results referred to on this page describe past events and are not a forecast or a promise of any particular return.

Age restriction

You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence to request the brochure or to purchase. We may ask you to verify your age.

Accuracy

We take care to make sure the information here is accurate at the time of publication, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error free, and we may update it without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
