Inside the brochure
We would rather you read it all first and arrive at a call with real questions than hold anything back to force a conversation.
Casks start from €4,500. The brochure sets out how allocations are structured and what is included.

Traditional brokers operate purely as intermediaries. This is the first time collectors and investors can buy directly from the creators, and join the master blender for the full maturation journey.
Invitations to exclusive tastings, blending sessions and the final bottle release celebration — access no broker is in a position to offer.
Every time your whiskey is considered for recasking you receive a sample, with detailed tasting notes explaining the decision being weighed.
Full sight of the maturation methodology, the wood selection and the flavour development — the things that actually shape what your cask is worth.
You buy from the creators rather than an intermediary, and the man who created The Donn guides every decision along the way.

Meet the team

The process
Four stages, from first conversation to the day your whiskey reaches maturity.
Download the brochureA cask specialist answers your questions and walks you through how ownership works — no obligation at this stage. When you are ready to proceed, you purchase your cask and receive immediate confirmation.
Ownership is formally transferred into your name. You receive the full documentation pack, including your certificate of ownership and an investment summary.
Your cask is stored in one of Ireland's most reputable bonded warehouses, with storage and insurance prepaid for six years. If you would rather move it to another bonded facility at any point, you are free to do so at your own cost.
From here the seven years unfold: samples, tasting notes, recasking updates and event invitations, as Jay Bradley brings your whiskey to life.
Your seven-year journey
Together you shape the whiskey’s future — every decision, every milestone, every sip. Your cask undergoes between four and six recasking stages, each one personally overseen.

The Donn Journey
The man behind the whiskey on the casks, the decisions, and what seven years of maturation actually involves.

Investment potential
Every owner receives a cask that is already a year old, which then undergoes at least four further recasking stages. This level of intervention and curation has not been offered in the whiskey world before.
Cask whiskey is an unregulated, illiquid asset. Values can fall as well as rise and past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Security and safeguards
Your cask is a physical asset held in a bonded, insured and monitored facility in Coleraine, Northern Ireland.

Licensed and regulated under UK excise law, in a facility that meets the highest industry standards for whiskey storage.

Comprehensive insurance included for six years, covering fire, theft, contamination and accidental damage.

Ownership is registered to you directly, with formal confirmation and a certificate of ownership issued in your name — not held through a broker, a nominee or a pooled scheme.

Site visits can be arranged in advance for owners who would like to see their cask in person.

Direct ownership of physical whiskey casks, with full legal documentation and a certificate of ownership in your name. Each allocation begins with six 200-litre bourbon casks of new-make spirit. Over nearly seven years each cask is assessed individually and moved into new wood where the spirit calls for it, so no two journeys are identical.
This is the first time investors can buy directly from the creators rather than through an intermediary. You receive real samples, tasting notes and visibility of Jay Bradley's decision-making at each recasking stage, instead of an annual statement from a broker who never touches the cask.
Cask whiskey carries genuine risk and is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Values can fall as well as rise, and the asset is illiquid — how quickly you can sell depends on market conditions at the time. We suggest planning for a minimum seven-year hold, and treating whiskey as a small part of a diversified portfolio rather than a core holding. Please take independent advice before committing.
Yes. Comprehensive insurance is included for six years, covering fire, theft, contamination and accidental damage. Your cask is held in a fully bonded, UK-licensed facility in Coleraine, Northern Ireland, with advanced tracking and the option of arranging a personal visit.
There are several routes: selling the matured cask, participating in the final bottle release, or continuing to hold. Which makes most sense depends on the market at the time and on your own circumstances. We guide owners through the options, but no particular outcome or return can be promised in advance — the brochure sets out how each route works.
You keep full ownership of your cask, with complete legal documentation and certificates. The cask is stored independently in a bonded warehouse and you have the right to move it to another facility. Your ownership stands regardless of what happens to the company.
